Mohammad Samsuddin Rana, with over 10,000 hours of project delivery experience, and change management expert in Bangladesh. He has more than 15 years extensive experience in audit, quality, project and strategy management for different industries in Bangladesh. Currently, he is working as a Head of Software Development at United Finance (a foreign investment organization).

Shekh Shamsuzzaman Sumon, started his career 15 years ago in the IT industry and gradually took the role of Project Manager and finally turned into the role of a Scrum-Master to implement Agile team level to organization level in the Software Industry.

Mr. Sumon is an Agile practitioner for a couple of years and leads the role of Scrum Master helping teams follow Agile and implementing organization-wide Agility. He has more than 6 years of extensive Project Management experience in the field of Software Development, following Predictive, Agile and Hybrid approaches. Bangladesh, Mr. Sayem Malik has worked in different Techno-commercial Department with various capacities and immense responsibility. Mr. Malik is now working at a Switzerland-based global engineering company where he is leading the technical activity including project Management.
Mr. Malik has diverse knowledge & field experience in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Procurement, Strategic Business Planning, and Project Management. During his career, he was engaged in different national important projects like the Padma multipurpose Bridge, Intercontinental Hotel Dhaka, Dhaka metro rail (MRT Line-6), etc.
